We are one month away from race day and things are shaping up nicely. Record numbers of runners are pre-registering with some familiar names and some new ones. I am doing all I can to promote this race and make it one of the premier trail races in the area.
I,ve been running the trails quite a bit this spring and the woods are greening up .
The Run for the Horses race is this weekend at Chester Woods and I plan on helping set up the course Friday.
I am running the Med City Marathon two weeks before CWTR , this gives me a nice distraction to take my mind off the trail race, if only for a little bit
