OK , on-line registration is all set up through the nice people at the Running Room. I will put a link on the right side of this blog. This is a really slick way to register for a race. The earlier you register for a race the easier it is for the race directors to prepare.
Hopefully the web site on the Rochester Track Club will be ready soon
