Running for food

I found this on the Runners World forum. Whenever I hear someone say "I am not a runner" I think, yes you are . We are all runners our bodies are designed, more than any other animal, to run long distances. Watch as this Kalahari tribesman runs down a kudu to feed his family. Bio mechanically the human body is designed for distance running.
